The school teachers used the warm-ups in Book III daily plus one or two of the review problems and one or two of the word problems on a page. About 8 to 10 minutes were spent at the start of each class. The students got a Book III off the shelf and did the assigned problems. The warm-ups kept the students up to date on basics and the word problems kept them familiar with word problems. When taking the state test the students were used to word problems and did very well. |
